Review of Zoho Mail (In Trial Period)

I in almost at the end of my trial experience and unfortunately I think that is where it will end. Zoho seems to have all the features I am looking for (except sending from an alias address) however the support is pretty much non existent. The presale folks keep telling me to open up a ticket with support. I have done that and there it ends, I usually don't get a response on my issue that I am trying to resolve. Most economical and reliable mail host

I've been using Zoho mail and Zoho sites since last 11 years. It has largely been reliable and responsive.I would recommend it to anyone looking for mail hosting services.

Steer clear of Zoho Mail!

I switched from my ISP's free email offering, which included 1GB of space for emails to Zoho Mail free, which includes 5GB of space for emails. I liked the migration tool that allowed me to move all my existing email to Zoho at once. Customer support is non existent

Customer support is non existent. No autorecovery for 2 Factor ID if not working (even when you know your login details) Call support, on hold then directed to voice mail, next day auto message case being assigned, received a phone call, then didn't get back to me. Day 3 I am still locked out of my businesses invoices. It just should not be this hard

Do not use this company unless you don't mind them ruining your business

Spent hours faffing around trying to configure my new business email address.Got everything working perfectly , sent a few tests, all working fine.Opened back up again 2 days later everythings unsynched for no reason and I can no longer send or receive emails. Pathetic waste of time.Ruined my business opening and cost me thousands of pounds. Thanks a lot scumbags

Service is buggy and customer support…

Service is buggy and customer support is terrible. Unable to receive mail from mailjet.com due to their strict spam filters. They told me to add mailjet.com to the spam exclusion list. Didnt even provide me a direct hyperlink their website is very hard to use. You get what you pay for. I'll go back to Godaddy

Been using Zoho Mail for more than 2 years. I have no problem using their service. Recently I had migrated my web hosting provider and need to change the mail setting. I have some problem but little that I know that it was actually not a problem because it just needs some time to propagate.Their email support helps me along the way.Thank you.

I've been using Zoho Mail (paid plans) for a while now and while it used to be good many years ago, I find the amount of times that emails aren't received or being sent, or are being flagged for mail policy violations has made this service unusable for my business and clients.
