Super great features at a way smaller expense!

What do you like best? So far, I love how you can customize everything pretty much. We had a different solution that is set to end of life this month, that couldn't touch this with everything they had. (Cost is very great too). What do you dislike? So far, really the only thing I can say even remotely negative about Zoho is customer service takes a little while to get back to you, but I think that might just be a time zone thing.
