Simple, easy to use and cost effective

What do you like best? I was looking to get a SaaS to record our store's expenses. Our store had very specific needs. For us, it was not just expense reconciliation for staff but also using this as a tool to expnese everything. If I tip a delivery guy from company's cash box, we wanted to be able to expense that. Better than I imagined - customization, flexibility, and extraordinary on-boarding support

What do you like best? I was able to recreate the output of a legacy, incredibly manual expense reporting process in a couple of hours. I did lean on their support for a couple of customization things. Expense reporting used to take a few hours each month. Now I scan receipts in as I purchase, the system auto-populates most fields, and then when it's time to submit It's just the matter of verifying accuracy (that I didn't forget something) and clicking a submit button.
