Fast, easy and effective
What do you like best? The tool facilitates communication with the end user. Assigning tasks to the internal team is very easy and allows an adequate follow-up. The interface is friendly and intuitive and allows users to navigate comfortably and in a few clicks to experience the complete process for requesting and tracking tickets. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Love the interface and notifications. Working quite well. What do you dislike? When you reply to a ticket, I am confused with the Resolution and reply back to the customer. If I add to resolution, it should be sent to the customer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We have Zoho Campaigns integrated into our Zoho CRM. It 100% manages lead creation, click through rates, unsubscribe, etc. Currently, we can load 55,000 leads or subscribers into Campaigns and send more campaigns than anyone ever shouldIt makes for a breeze with collaboration, training and onboarding. A great product at a great price
What do you like best? Loved how easy it was to set everything up and that you can customise so many aspects to make it look like our own system What do you dislike? There isn't really anything I disliked but I have to write something here! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were looking for a replacement for our existing self-hosted support platform. Zoho desk has easily achieved our aim and is very well priced too.
