Simple and fast

Great tool for customer support
What do you like best? Intuitive design and multi channel support. Very easy to learn after watching the demo although we dont need to use all thevarious finctions. What do you dislike? Zoho is packed with collections of fantastic tools
What do you like best? The desk integration to the app is great and super easy. The most important part is their support. They are super active and if you mail, they respond as soon as possible. Besides I get tremendous help from the vendor company who installs all the configuration necessary for the company. Easy to setup, tidy ux
What do you like best? It provides an easy ux for our customers What do you dislike? We are still in the middle of the review/setup process, so I can’t really judge. Two of our employees have used Zoho Desk before, so we rely on their expertise. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customers who are using solutions acquired from us can ask questions and get help.

Small Company Experience
What do you like best? The best part of Zoho Desk is the simple and intuitive user interface. Even without watching any help videos, I was able to quickly navigate around the web interface and discover and learn many of the features I was interested in using.
