Very streamlined and easy on the eyes
What do you like best? The most convenient aspect of Zoho desk for us is the ability to have remote web sessions that contains remote access. What do you dislike? I dislike that I still encounter issues pulling in data from our accounts in a strange way. Exceptional product and value
What do you like best? Simplicity and power. There are a lot of features packed into the product that streamline operations of any department that may need to service the requests coming in either internally from other departments or externally from customers. What do you dislike? No way to mix and match licenses. For example - we need 20 pro licenses for various departments to support each other, but only 3 - 4 licenses for online chat operators to support web site visitors. Under Zoho's ...

What do you like best? What I like the most about Zoho Desk is that it allows us to generate tickets that help us control the order in which we serve our customers and respond to their requirements.
