What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Clarity of usage an simplicity. Its wery easy for a customer suport agent to have every open Issue in sight and to be able to plan ahead, also quite nice pricing for a smaller team.

"Best bang for your buck for ticket management"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The best thing about Zoho Desk is how highly configurable it is. You can easily set up your own fields and field requirements, products, workflows, etc. I have worked with 2 help desk software systems before moving to Zoho Desk, and especially considering how inexpensive it is compared to premium software, it is the most efficient software we've used.
