What do you like best about Zoho One? Easy to log in and assigning tickets are the best part, with one option if we click on tagged all the data can fetch easily solving the customer's issue on time. good to use this application by BPO,KPO and E-commerce

"ZOHO Desk - Simple, Secure and Scalable"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? ZOHO Desk is the most logical help desk software on the market. Easy to set up, Easy to use, and a fantastic APP that integrates nicely. We have paid ten times the cost of ZOHO in the past, and when we needed features added, it was an additional cost.

I was earlier using Zendesk and for some inexplicable reason, they deleted my account without explanation and deleted all my data. So this caused me to look at other systems. "An easy out of the box experience"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The product was easy to set up and required minimal customization out of the box. The modules were clear and we had our service desk set up in no time. The package allows us to consolidate our knowledge base and ticket solutions into one system.
