What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Testing it so we can use WhatsApp. Pricing is fair and we are already using CRM but it doesn't seem so easy to create leads from the Desk....

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I really enjoy the round robin ticket assignment and the agent collision alerting, as well as the centralized communication (e.g. forwarding a ticket on behalf of another user into the ticketing system and having it appear as if it's from the user, as well as being able to forward tickets and comments out of the system to an external user, such as a vendor partner).
