"Affordable Helpdesk System"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Best of the Zoho desk is there pricing. Zoho is very afforable and available for all scale business model. UI and Zoho Eco system are pretty great. Zoho desk having the great features like build in chat bots and customize the customer portal.
