"Beats the bigger names with ease of use"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Setup was ridiculously easy. Integration into MS Teams and Teamviewer? Also beyond easy. Go to the Marketplace, install the connector and BOOM, you're in business.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Zoho has a nice layout of all of their products, and from my initial review everything appears to be much more economical than previous products I've reviewed such as FreshDesk.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The Suite of Products is above par for the amount. The trials give you plenty of time to try it out. I think they have improved and hope to see more. However, I don't see an affordable option for a business like mine, who hires contractors and is the sole employee.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The scope of options available. Anything and everything you could want or need is offered with Zoho. I went from using 6-7 different services to only needing one and being done. Super pleased and super happy I found them.
