What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The customer portal is what I enjoy, best , it centralises my customer data . I appreciate the knowledge base so i can collect all my customer needs

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Very detailed and granular. You can create fields, task lists and more via marketplace apps. HR onboarding seems to be pretty smooth when you combine the lists with tickets. The automation part is pretty cool as well.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? the ticket system is very efficient. I liked the automated emails and the custom templates. It was very simple to set up and use.
