What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We wanted to implement a solution to start a HelpDesk Service. After considering top players in the market, we decided to try Zoho Desk as one of our partners was already using it. We implemented it in a matter of Minutes! It has been an exciting journey to discover the capabilities and potential of the platform.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Converting email to Ticket and categorizing are great. Would like to have whatsapp integration similar to email. What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?

"Suitable ticket management"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Great level of customisation within the ticket management system. Tickets can be created automatically from emails directly from clients or can set rules to create an assigned ticket from a forwarded email chain.
