What do you like best? Zoho Creator is relatively easy to use with drag-&-drop technology to build complex custom databases. They also provide excellent customer service. What do you dislike? I wish I could customize the formatting a bit more (colors, fonts, etc) but this is truly a minor issue. What do you like best? It's flexible, easy to use and feature rich. What do you dislike? Not all features are fully described in the documentation. Especially API functionality and deluge scripting (edge cases). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating a non-standard business process that has to be integrated with CRM. Zoho Creator gave us the flexibility we need while we could use the out-of-the-box functionality of Zoho CRM.
