What do you like best? What I love about Zoho Cliq is the integration it has with Zoho CRM and you can communicate with your team while in the CRM. Not to mention it makes talking with your team that much easier without having to leave the CRM. What do you dislike? What do you like best? User friendly invironment on desktop, easy to manage and easy to reply anyone. What do you dislike? When we have a single chat window option, and we click to another person, the other person's chat window is opened, which is good. but when we escape to close the window, the last user's or all other user's window control goes to the very old conversation line. sometime it gives scary experience. What do you like best? Using Cliq is easy and simple. Good way to keep up with a large company. What do you dislike? Windows app is just web view, so no way to view messages offline. What do you like best? Zoho Cliq boasts most of the features you’d expect from an office IM such as groups and integrations, but at a better price than the competition. And the product support is excellent. Zoho also happily implemented a Mark as Unread feature for us. Plus, the daily quotes are Great. What do you dislike?
