Great for IT Support Needs

What do you like best? Very simple to use by a downloding software, then IT able to access any computer and resolve issues. Great for group-meetings too when working remotely but on one project. What do you dislike? Sometimes download takes a while, but that might be a slow computer. Also if it was an app for faster access, I would appreciate it. What do you like best? The real-time messaging is seamless no matter what device you use. The mobile application is very responsive as well. We also needed some help setting up and the Zoho staff were very friendly and professional. What do you dislike? The interface is definitely not as clean as Slack.
