Nice tool

What do you like best? Zoho is very powerful and simple to use. The email integration is a killer feature What do you dislike? The free plan. It's too limited, I would be glad to buy some space. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scrum implementation and client communications

When you're stuck between Jira's "10 user" offer and the per user prices they offer...

What do you like best? Flexible pricing makes it much easier to maintain for a small company (10+ users than Jira, other than that it's a very similar tool - which is all we need. What do you dislike? The layout and UI feel a bit old-school. With Jira reworking their visuals and UX feel, BugTracker falls short in my opinion.
