A great little BugTracker

What do you like best? Zoho BugTracker is great. My company uses Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects and integrating Zoho Bugtracker between Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects and using Zoho Cliq to automatically report on status changes has streamlined our product support & maintenance life-cycle. Client tickets within Zoho Desk can immediately be filed as bugs and fed through to Zoho Projects for evaluation, planning and resolution. Outstanding Bugtracker

What do you like best? The notifications system is great. With my last bugtracker, Trac, it was difficult to know exactly what bugs needed my attention. Zoho is very robust in its notification system. It can email you with replies to tickets, you can use the website, and/or you can use the smartphone app to see what tickets need your attention. Intuative software with good features

What do you like best? User friendly (good UX) and integration with github What do you dislike? No (free) integration with existing end-user (IT internal customer) who are already have user accounts for other zoho products. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better managing bugs efficiently!
