What do you like best? Ease of use. Clean layout. Setup of custom fields. What do you dislike? On the bug template layout, my changes were sometimes not applied. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very easy to use. Responsive. Nice clean layout. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
