Simple, Intuitive Interface

Zoho has a very simple, intuitive interface that makes learning and using it easy. At the same time, their analytics are robust and reveal tons of helpful info. For the price point, its the best among its competitors from our experience.

Customer support

Zoho Expense is a great product for…

Zoho Expense is a great product for companies that need only an expense reporting tool. They are flexible enough in the platform to adapt to different reporting policies, as ours is a bit complicated. However, their online reimbursement feature is not so great. They use CSGForte as an ACH vendor, and it is very complicated to set up. They should use something like Plaid to connect bank accounts. Instead it's a long form with many, seemingly opinionated and maybe irrelevant, questions to answer.
