What do you like best about ZIWO? I like that you can listen to the past calls by the same caller even if you were not the initial receiver What do you dislike about ZIWO? Switching from break to available. If you do this without refreshing the app, you'll still show on Break, but you'll be able to receive calls. "Effectiveness of Ziwo for call center agents"
What do you like best about ZIWO? I like the call recording option best for Ziwo. Calls recordings are immediately available for your listening after the call is terminated What do you dislike about ZIWO? All features on the software are useful, but if the software can work well even with poor internet connection. What problems is ZIWO solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving ride-hailing complaints on usage and registration. Ziwo has provided easy access for clients to agents.

What do you like best about ZIWO? User friendly, everything is clear and you don’t even need demo or training to use it What do you dislike about ZIWO? What do you like best? 1) Brilliant service, easy to use, great customer service team on board also to help you. Highly recommend!!! 2) Easy to use - good interface, clear buttons and icons 3) All calls are recorded and easy to find What do you dislike? What do you dislike about ZIWO? No ACW per agents it should have like that. What problems is ZIWO solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving my Manpower Analysis as I can easily track the report and also, if we have an issue Management are always there to assist.
