What do you like best about ZIWO? The best thing about Ziwo is that it automatically detects the country from the phone number country code. What do you like best about ZIWO? the ability to use remotely, I spend a lot of time out of the office, so having a system where I can still make calls remotely is perfect. What do you like best about ZIWO? Ziwo is very user-friendly and easy to get the hand of. I use it mainly to monitor the agents' calls in different departments and sometimes to place calls with our customers. For the first function, Ziwo provides an excellent interface that allows you to search for calls by number, agent name, and any criteria you can think of.
