What do you like best? I love the how easy it is for someone to text us instead of having to sit on hold. What do you dislike? Nothing! Using Zipwhip is fast & convenient

What do you like best? Zipwhip has a mobile app and web interface. We also use it with Textbox the PC interface. All areas are strong and simple to use. What do you dislike? I dislike that their is no spell check. With how quick texts are sent I think there should be spell check, it is important for making business communication better. Texting Made Easy

What do you like best? Zipwhip is the most essential time saving tool we rely on in the transportation industry. What do you dislike? Sometimes the updates don’t come through when downloading to the computer and phone. Instead I’ll log in through a separate internet page vs. other times it’ll actually download and a bubble will pop up every time a text comes through. Great tool

What do you like best? Most of my client prefer text messaging over any other method of contact. This is a great tool to use than using your own personal device to send text messages. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are communication issues that cause failed text message delivery What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keep tract of text communications to where all employees that have proper login could access.

What do you like best? A quick text serves a quick response! You don't have to have a cell phone to use this. You can easily use this from a desktop or laptop at home. My position is built around relationships and service so this makes it really easy to communicate with my clients. Does exactly what they advertise

What do you like best? The software is very easy to use and works reliably. What do you dislike? For us, it is intended to replace an IM service for customers. It does that, but IM is more desierable I think. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The primary benefit for us is ability to answer customer inquires while away from computers (limited staff)

Great for client texts

What do you like best? What I enjoy the most about Zipwhip is how easy it is to contact clients via text. It's professional and quick! Plus all of the clients numbers are already hooked up in the data base. Adding new clients is quick and easy too! What do you dislike?
