Convenient Way to Increase Communication With Clients

What do you like best? ZipWhip syncs with our MindBody software, allowing us to easily send and receive text messages that are stored in our client's contact logs. It allows allows grouping, so I can send out more targeted text campaigns. What do you dislike? While ZipWhip does sync to MindBody, it does not automatically sync the contact info - you have to send a text from MindBody in order for the client's name to appear in ZipWhip. This can get annoying at times. I've noticed that ...

It's fine.

What do you like best? I'm very happy with the new update - a search function that makes sense, better groups, and more fields. What do you dislike? Slow, service stops way too frequently with no warning. Would love if I could add tags to user profiles and search on those tags. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Landline texting is a LIFE saver. Being able to quickly reach so many employees ar once is so beneficial.

Zipwhip leaves you stranded!

What do you like best? It works well when it works. Common inbox, mobile app, all work great for a call center / reception desk type application. What do you dislike? Customer service is not a thing past 6PM on Friday. Apparently Zipwhip doesn’t think their users are open for business during the weekend, because they certainly don’t care about helping you out with any issue outside of normal business hours. This is THE most expensive landline texting solution out there, and to get ...

Clients love it!

What do you like best? We love that our clients can call OR text our phone number. We also like you can setup automatic replies. What do you dislike? Slightly pricey (but worth it)! Try their free 30 day trial to see if is worth it to you. Recommendations to others considering the product: Everyone prefers texting! ZipWhip is a worthy expense! My Zipwhip Experience

What do you like best? It's very convenient! Especially in a time where people would rather text then answer phone calls. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Seems to work pretty good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? People recognize our work number, so they are more likely to respond to things that need responses in a timely manner.

Helps set up meetings

What do you like best? The ease of use. Such a cool tool to be able to reach prospects on a different channel. When it comes down to closing deals, helps stay top of mind to bring over finish line. What do you dislike? Nothing, great new technology. I am sure once it goes through some more stress tests, there may be room for improvement. But overall, a great product for teams that use text messaging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great solution for SMS messaging

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to send bulk text messages to customers. The interface is intuitive and easy to use- so much so that I was able to train my whole team on it in just a few minutes. What do you dislike? I wish it cost less. Our business needs are nowhere near the cap, so I wish there was a per-message rate. Recommendations to others considering the product: Shop around to get the best price. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...
