What do you like best? Easy to use. It allows my office to communicate with people through a method that more people prefer over phone calls and emails. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has allowed us to reach customers much faster and saved much phone tag time and leaving voice mail. What do you dislike? The mobile app is not as robust as the desktop application What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching party organizers faster. Sending reservation reminders has lessened no shows for classes

Works Great and Easy to Use

What do you like best? The platform is stable and the dashboard is very user friendly. The layout is easy to understand and the visibility makes it easy to access conversation histories, create messages, and respond to new messages with little to no training. One Number for landline and text

What do you like best? I can schedule appointment reminders, have auto reply instantly. Keep my text as unread if I can’t reply at the moment and separate my cell phone private number to a workin text number. Amazing. What do you dislike? I don’t dislike anything. What do you like best? Being able to text many caregivers and everyone on the office can read the texts as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes its slow and doesn't upload fast enough What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less scheduling errors. Limited characters in texting, so we have to send multiple texts sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
