What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform? I like the Dashboard. It gives you an excellent overview of what's happening with your rewards.

"Easy to Use, Great Marketing Tool, Extremely Helpful Support Team"
What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform? Zinrelo is a great marketing tool to get our customers to make future orders. The support staff is extremely helpful and follows up regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly and answers any questions we have. It is very easy to use for both our staff and our customers.

Excellent Customer Support
The initial setup of Zinrelo is very user-friendly and customizable. I appreciate the abundance of resources through the Zinrelo help center for configuring each element of the program. While setup took our team a bit longer than expected, Zinrelo support was available every step of the way, and our project manager Shawn is always ready to jump on a call to problem solve. What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform? While setup did take some time and effort, Zinrelo had excellent support and ensured everything went smoothly. Once implemented it does not require much maintenance. Rewards have been very effective in maintaining customer loyalty. Initially, we had set up to use on MIVA, when we switched to Big Commerce Zinrelo made the transition of the loyalty program seamless.
