What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform? Ease of use and the program is very intuitive! Customer service is excellent and anytime I had a question about something, a simple email, and they would respond very quickly.

Increase retention rate and repeat purchases
Yon-Ka Paris has been using Zinrelo for more than 5 years. I also tried other solutions such as Smile.io and Yotpo rewards for different projects and always ended up switching to Zinrelo. Zinrelo has the best customer service and technical support, always available and extremely helpful. They're helping us (without counting their hours) for a migration to Magento we're currently working on for our B2B website, and on many other B2C projects such as the refer a friend program. "Easy Plug and Play Loyalty Program"
What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform? As a developer, the ease of this implementation was a huge positive for us. The simplicity of having built-in widgets and an easy API made this implementation quick and relatively painless. The support is very responsive and is willing to work with you to build out any features you may want. Touchpoints with our account rep are quarterly but if you would want more or less, their team respects that decision.

The Best All-In-One Loyalty Platform
First of all, Zinrelo's customer service is top-notch. They are always there to help you out, and you have a dedicated specialist. Secondly, the platform is simple but effective. It gets the job done without excessive frills and confusing add-ons. Most importantly, it is easy for our customers to use and navigate on our website, and has increased our revenue.

What do you like best about Zinrelo Loyalty Rewards Platform? The onboarding process. The team at Zinrelo was amazing. My rep Justin John did a thorough job helping us get set up, and implementing the software into our native CRM platform. The feedback and immediate response was almost unheard of in today's business environment.

The Team at Zinrelo have been AMAZING to work with. The onboarding process was carefully explained and we were given tremendous support. The software is intuitive and makes implementing a loyalty and reward program a snap. I would highly recommend!
