What do you like best? Zimbra it is a excellent platform that is able to organize information with labels. Good but could be better

What do you like best? I like the simple layout of Zimbra. It is not complicated to learn all of the features. What do you dislike? I don’t like that you can’t share the same kind of documents. Such as using Google Drive and sharing items with people is not as easy with Zimbra What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
