Solid Design Product in a Competitive Space
What do you like best? I like that Zeplin allows me to copy the CSS code for a page. As a website developer this removes the need to guess what the page's styles are. What do you dislike? Zeplin adds more styles than are absolutely necessary, so when I copy the CSS I usually have to check each added line to see what changes are made. If Sketch is your design tool, Zeplin is invaluable
What do you like best? The universality of exporting a design from Sketch (or Photoshop and knowing that a developer can, via the app or on web, get all the necessary values and attributes needed for components. It hugely sped up the design-to-dev workflow. The tagging and project creation is a great way for multiple designers to be able to share files in one space without workflows being unduly impacted. Really great for designers and developers!
What do you like best? This is a great software that can be combined with Sketch to give Developers specs on designs so that their code can most accurately match designs. It's truly great. What do you dislike? I wish I knew how to better use it, because I feel like I could be doing more with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To give Developers designs and specs.
