The support staff is always accessible.

Zenoti Has Potential But...

What do you like best? I like that Zenoti is supposed to be a one-stop office system. Scheduling, invoicing, charting, phone/email/text options, online booking, etc. What do you dislike? Although Zenoti has great potential, it has been far from the system we were promised. There have been multiple technical issues with scheduling, invoicing, and codes not working. What do you like best? The ability to have the app on my phone, the ease of use and the fact that all locations can be merged into one app. What do you dislike? The checkout process and pulling data for reports and statistics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
