Our previous system was booker and we were looking to minimize some of the issues that we were facing with Booker. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? My favorite thing about Zenoti is that they always have a support team available. I can simply send them a quick message on their chatbox, and they will respond right away. This gives me added confidence in exploring the app. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This was such an easy app to get to know. It also helps that their support team was always just a click away. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The appointments are basically set in stone—it’s hard to rebook them. It’s almost impossible to check prepaid appointments too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would be nice to have a master file of all pending tasks/bookings rather than having to check each individual account. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We no longer miss appointments and bookings ever since we started using Zenoti. It’s very easy to learn and teach our staff too. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It has some bugs to it, but nothing major. I just haven’t figured out how to fix these yet. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Although easily contacted, the support team isn’t always very helpful. They often redirect us to another team for support. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I’m not exactly new to solutions like Zenoti, but this app does bring something else to the table. Other than this, I’m also impressed with the level of attentiveness that their support staff has. As is natural in most software/solutions, we did hit walls in the duration of our Zenoti usage. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This app gives me access to all of my tasks on my phone. This is great because I don’t want to be bombarded by surprise tasks at work.
