"Helps getting valuable insights from the customer perspective"
What do you like best about zenloop? Using labels you can determine if the amount of feedback regarding certain issues is increasing. So you know which issues to examine first. I was really surprised how fast feedback and suggestions for improvement of the tool are realised. Moreover, Zenloop is constantly developing the tool. What do you dislike about zenloop?
