What do you like best about Zenefits? The Zenefits team is always ready to help answer any of my questions and tackle any issues that come up. I always feel supported. The help articles are also a great resource for me and my team. What do you dislike about Zenefits? Zenefits could improve their reporting and integrations functionality What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? HRIS tracking and reporting. Benefits are that my life is easier with those tools.

The Zenefits platform has to be one of…
The Zenefits platform has to be one of the best software experiences for HR/Payroll that we've ever used. We've seen tours of new systems that just don't compare. Customer service can suck. It can be painfully slow to answer important tax questions, get answers to simple questions or even get onboarded.

"Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS"
What do you like best about Zenefits? We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Zenefits is great for small businesses
Zenefits is great for small businesses. (I can't speak for larger businesses as we are a small non-profit theatre company). Zenefit's website is very cleanly and clearly laid out. The platform is user friendly. Onboarding employees is super easy. Their customer service is great. They always get back to me within one business day, if not quicker. Zenefits is the easiest payroll system that I have used so far. I like that everything is in one system and customer service is helpful when I need it.

Excellent System for Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking!
The system is easy to use and offers an app for your phone. My employees are able to track their time correctly, do their time off, and see paycheck and benefits information directly on their phone. The application is great for onboarding and is user friendly so my employees have no problem updating their tax, address, and other vital information! I highly recommend Zenefits!
