What do you like best about Zenefits? SUPER EASY TO USE. PLETHORA OF INFO RIGHT AT YOUR FINGERTIPS. I WISH WE WOULD NOT HAVE SWITCHED FROM THIS SERVICE I LOVED AND MISS ZENEFITS! We also use their health insurance benefits for employees, and we are considering switching to their retirement services What do you dislike about Zenefits? New updated interface took some getting used to, but now all is well. What do you like best about Zenefits? The pricing for the product was very low relative to the competition. What do you dislike about Zenefits? Having to learn new software is always a pain. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Dealing with PTO being entered from employees was likely the biggest problem Zenefits solved as we grew.

What do you like best about Zenefits? We use Zenefits for all of our HR records. It helps us streamline and reduce paperwork, while making things accessible across all our stores. We have over fifty employees and eleven stores, and Zenefits keeps us organized. Our managers have access to their employees, while the employees' sensitive personal information can be limited to only HR personnel. "Easy, affordable, and practical"

What do you like best about Zenefits? I love how we no longer need to have a separate app for employees to clock in/out and another separate program to process payroll of those timesheets. We have it all in one with Zenefits. What do you dislike about Zenefits? The support response times could be better. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving money and simplifying systems used.

What do you like best about Zenefits? I love how easy Zenefits make staying on top of all HR related needs for the company! What do you dislike about Zenefits? Sometimes it can be a little glitchy with certain browsers but it's not a breaking point. Recommendations to others considering Zenefits: Make the product more reliable on all browsers. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest one is employee benefits and administering health insurance.
