We've been using Zenefits for 3+ years…
We've been using Zenefits for 3+ years now and we've been happy how things work for our small office. We don't have an HR specialist, but their resources are pretty easy to find and use and everything else just feels intuitive.

This is a simple user friendly HRIS for…
This is a simple user friendly HRIS for small companies. We use this for typically HR onboarding and benefits enrollment. Although it does have multiple apps for HR usage. We are a small company with less than 100 and more than 50 employees and it works well so far. The system and does require human review just like any other system, regular update and is good and beneficial as the user makes it. We have used this since 2016. Overall I give it a 5 star.

What do you like best about Zenefits? It is user friendly. It allows us to manage all staff with ease. What do you dislike about Zenefits? Support hold times can exceed 25 minutes, but they are always helpful and friendly once reached! What do you like best about Zenefits? Affordable, very flexible (can run as many pay runs a month as you'd like for the same price), all online, easy to use What do you dislike about Zenefits? "I love not worrying about doing payroll"
What do you like best about Zenefits? payroll runs are easy and taxes are processed and submitted for me. What do you dislike about Zenefits? 5 user minimum for payroll, which is not ideal for small startups. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Running payroll. I haven't had to worry about taxes.

What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits has been an easy, user-friendly platform to use! We have a small business, and it has all that we need for an HR Platform. It is also very budget-friendly. What do you dislike about Zenefits? I think that Zenefits continues to improve and add more modules. I can't wait to see what else they add. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been using Zenefits for onboarding/cobra/benefits administration.

Excellent HR Platform for Small to Medium Sized Companies
When we were considering HR software back in 2015, we set up demos and reviewed many different options, but based upon the needs of our company Zenefits was the best choice. It was a seamless and easy transition once we made the switch. We were able to set up and customize Zenefits so we could accomplish what we need to with the platform. Highly intuitive one-stop HRIS
We have been using Zenefits for a few years now for all of our payroll, benefit and PTO tracking needs. It has been a great tool and place to keep all employee history, documents and information stored. We are a fully remote company and have employees in 30+ states, and the ability to have Zenefits take care of all of the tax filings for all of the many accounts we have makes our lives so much easier. Everything is templated so that our hiring and onboarding is streamlined.
