The Customer Service is second to none…

The Customer Service is second to none in the business. They help you find the best solution for any issue you may have. A complete novice, like me, would be lost without the kind and caring demeanor of the staff at Zendrop and their help in finding solutions to my problems. Zendrop is the only place you need to use for your Dropshipping or POD needs.

Great app, even better customer support!

This app is extremely useful and very legitimate. After I finished my free trial, I downgraded to the free version but was accidentally charged for the plus program. Within less than 5 minutes customer support had helped me with my refund, no questions asked. I'll definitely continue to use zendrop!

OVERCHARGED TWICE

Billing department needs to address some serious issues. I've been charged THREE TIMES in one month for a subscription. Extremely poor customer service and a huge waste of money waiting on $80 refunds for over a week TWICE IN ONE MONTH because of a poorly run app.
