What do you like best about Zendesk Support Suite? The interface was easy to navigate. They have a ton of training materials for each product and category. My reps are always available and knowledgeable and I just love them. I have learned a great deal in Zendesk. I have 5 instances that I maintain and each one is different. Love the ticket sharing feature.
