What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine? The quick way in which the CXP team can adapt to the tool and ease of uploading macros, we use many tools as Zapier or a menu bar like Okta for integrate all the apps.

"Absolute scam, horrible customer service, shady business practices."
What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine? They could not get their services integrated without thousands of dollars in software buildouts, yet they won't let us cancel our membership until the full terms of the agreement have expired, resulting in a loss of over a thousand dollars.
