"Finally found the one, Zendesk Sunshine"

What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine? I'm happy I came across Zendesk Sunshine. It is simple to use. It keeps track of all of my tickets. Even when participating in a live chat, you can send emails. It enables me to communicate with my clients and users more effectively and efficiently whenever they need it. Customers like how quickly we respond to their communications.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sunshine? It runs smooth and easy. It keeps all your tickets organized, you can work your chats and send emails all within the same system, you can even send emails while on a live chat all within the same ticket. Transferring chats or tickets is easy, looking up customer accounts or other employees is easy, the whole system just works and runs really well.
