The most complete data management system you have with Zendesk Sell
What do you like best? The efficiency that i have when I use Zendesk Sell is excellent, it allows me to keep all the information of the workers in my department in a perfect order. Zendesk Sell is a great sales tool
What do you like best? Really awesome sales tool. Easy to keep track of leads and prioritize them. Makes sales reps more productive and organized. Nice for management to see into a sales reps pipeline What do you dislike? Nothing I don’t like. Takes a day to figure out how to use properly and once you’ve got it it’s easy to navigate. Zendesk- Organized so you don't have to be.
What do you like best? Zendesk is my most essential tool in my role as a sales individual. I work in three different states and need to have three different brains for each. Base takes the crazy and organizes it. Base thinks hard, so I don't have to. I can just build relationships. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? In my opinion, Base CRM is an excellent management app for companies that have offices in multiple locations. What do you like best? Ease of use and reporting (activity reporting and Goal attainment reports are amazing!) What do you dislike? Everything simply works and it works well!
What do you like best? Let me being my saying I've used this CRM since it was called Base. I've been a loyal user for many years now. I love that the voip is integrated and all the calls are recorded. You don't need some third person app to connect it. I also love the fact that when I imported my data, it all worked the first time. What do you like best? Tracking my calls, emails and texts is done for me. When I need information, it is where it needs to be, so I not chasing it. Once when my phone reset, this product saved me from loss of data. What do you dislike? Pretty gentle learning curve, but to fully use the tool, the ax must be sharpened. Most on-point CRM System for Agencies
What do you like best? The integrations and reporting. We get all the details we need out of the reporting and notifications to Slack /etc. What do you dislike? Nothing really, if anything it would be nice to have even more fast to action reporting but overall really enjoy the system. Great application, very few call interruptions
What do you like best? I like best how easy it is to navigate, how you can view all tasks for the month via calendar, a lot of other CRMs don’t give you the option for a calendar month view.
