Great insight into activity for customers and employees - integrates well with G-suite
What do you like best? The way it integrates communication actions, and keeps all notes in one deal file to reference. We needed something that tracked activity, communication, and allowed for user engagement directly from the CRM and had a much larger system we cancelled so we could use SELL What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best thing is your simple entry for the contact information of different clients and potentials is very easy to create offers and potential purchases for customers, schedule appointments, set reminders and send emails from the program, check the metrics and numbers of different Sales team members for different times and situations. Stable CRM with nice map and other great options
What do you like best? Customer support is very responsive. All the basic tools included.Also enjoy the email syncing. What do you dislike? It took a while to get the support team to let us upload the number of leads we needed to, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to build out a nice pipeline and keep all team members informed.

Zendesk Sell makes selling easy!
What do you like best? I really love this CRM platform! It makes it easy to keep yourself accountable and stay up on your last communications rather it be phone or email. What do you dislike? Not much to say here other than I wish the emails linked to the client and deal more consistently. It doesn't happen often but when it does I can still find them in my emails. A good CRM with limited extensibility
What do you like best? Once you're familiar with the interface, it works quite well. The data exports are easy to use. What do you dislike? Since Zendesk doesn't have the same pull as a Salesforce, you can't expect the same number of extensions/plugins from your marketing stack. That means that your marketing team may be stuck having to use the API to wire together their campaigns manually. What do you like best? Professional layout - easy to use and navigate What do you dislike? Remembering not to save over my smart list What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I've used a LOT of CRM programs and this so function for me because it's so adaptable and easy to use. HUGELY USER FRIENDLY! AND it integrates with my gmail account so I can always see my specific communication with my clients. I talk this product up every chance I get because there's nothing quite like it. Great CRM on a Budget
What do you like best? It is very user friendly and intuitive. I watch a 5 min tutorial online and I was able to figure out how to use it after that. I have been using different CRMs for years now, so I am sure that helps. What do you dislike? I went from using Salesforce to Zendesk Sell.
