The overall experience with Zendesk has been really good, I would recommend it to any business.
What do you like best? Zendesk Sell was complete and flexible to meet our needs, it has several features that we can use and smoothes the sales process, such as personalization of sales offers, automation of tasks and roles, sales forecasting, organization of smart lists and reporting. What do you like best? Zendesk Sell has been my main tool to develop a CRM job in an excellent way. Easy to store customers and manage my offers.
What do you like best? I really liked the communication across different regions with locks and the programming was very easy, I also love the fact that I can place the notes in the homes and have access that I usually did not have when we were using the paper so that we use. Great product, efficient and really easy to implement.
What do you like best? I'm fond of incorporating the VoIP and capturing every message. You do not need an application from a third party to link it. I love also the fact that everything worked for the first time when I imported my results. Another great thing is that a little bit of gamification is possible. Not good for small business, documentation unclear about what is included in lower tiers
What do you like best? Decent product. Highly customizable. iOS app map function is useful. What do you dislike? Trying to setup is a nightmare if you're not on the highest tier of service. Documentation isn't clear that some services are only available unless you're on a higher cost plan. After hours of pulling hair out trying to get the service to work, finally contact support, only the find out that the function isn't available unless you pay more. Lots of services work this ...
