The overall experience with Zendesk has been really good, I would recommend it to any business.

Great insight into activity for customers and employees - integrates well with G-suite

What do you like best? The way it integrates communication actions, and keeps all notes in one deal file to reference. We needed something that tracked activity, communication, and allowed for user engagement directly from the CRM and had a much larger system we cancelled so we could use SELL What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really love this CRM platform! It makes it easy to keep yourself accountable and stay up on your last communications rather it be phone or email. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I've used a LOT of CRM programs and this so function for me because it's so adaptable and easy to use. HUGELY USER FRIENDLY!
