What do you like best about Zego? Zego has been extremely helpful to my colleagues and me. It is easy to use, and the customer service is great! What do you dislike about Zego? I do not have any issues with Zego. It works well for me. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? Assisting us with reminding residents of rent and late payments

What do you like best about Zego? A convenient way for tenants to pay online. Payments are easily sent to our account. Quick response times when we have an issue that needs to be discussed. Easy integration with our Rent Manager software. Reasonable fees. What do you dislike about Zego? Sometimes it takes a few days for money to show coming out of tenant's accounts; they seem confused as to why the money is not taken out of their account immediately. "Saves so much time at the site level"
What do you like best about Zego? The amount of time saved, when using this product. That time given back to sites is so valuable. What do you dislike about Zego? Would love to see the products all connect to each other better. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to manually receive and enter payments each month.

What do you like best about Zego? It helps with our Efficiency. its integrated in our systems and has automated tools that help us with our payment processing. What do you dislike about Zego? Sometimes additional features can be setup but cost more What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps with charging Non sufficient funds fees automatically when payments do not go through

"Zego - Your one stop shop online payment resource!"
What do you like best about Zego? Both my residents and I can see payment history as well as make payments with a few easy clicks. What do you dislike about Zego? As a property manager, I cannot always process real-time voids. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? They reduce the number of paper payments which reduces foot traffic in the office.

What do you like best about Zego? Zego is very streamlined and easy to use. The format and layout of the site make navigation very easy. You need very little support. With such an easy platform, your residents have a convenient way to submit their payments which allows you more flexibilty in your work flows. What do you dislike about Zego? What do you like best about Zego? The ease of using the interface for both customer and property management personnel What do you dislike about Zego? Everything is working fine for us. Credit card processing fees are high but it is a choice of the tenant to use credit card to pay. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of payment posting and freeing up personnel to attend to the community needs
