"Convenient processing tool"
What do you like best about Zego? I like how user friendly Zego is. The verbage is self explanitory as well. What do you dislike about Zego? From my expirence, the only dislike that I have about ZEGO is that when other networks crash such as Zelle, Cashapp, then the ZEGO network is down as well so things can go awry with processing payments. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not have an answer to this question.

What do you like best about Zego? I appreciate that Zego expedites our cases to upper tier support reps. We pride ourselves on doing due diligence before submitting a case and appreciate interacting with agents that can speak our language. What do you dislike about Zego? There's been a great amount of changes in Zego's leadership and for that, the vision of the company keeps changing. "Great platform for our needs"
What do you like best about Zego? Zego is a great platofrm for our company needs. User friendly, great customer service. What do you dislike about Zego? Some of the templates would be nice to customize further, but not a huge deal. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? a majority of our tenants (and the world) prefer convenience and to pay electronically as opposed to driving to a specified location to drop off payment.

They can set up automatic, recurring payments, pay via CashPay (which works like a money order) or make one time payments through our rental portal. What do you dislike about Zego? What do you like best about Zego? We use Zego CashPay, as well the Online Pay option. It's convenient as easy for our residents. What do you dislike about Zego? I can't think of anything. We have not experienced anything disappointing. What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you? We had diffulting scanning money orders into our bank. What do you like best about Zego? I like Zego because it makes collections easier for the company. What do you dislike about Zego? So far, Zego is still performing well & there's no complaint. What do you like best about Zego? We use Zego to allow residents at our apartment complexes to pay rent online. It has been very easy to implement and use. It integrates with our management software, which makes recording payments very easy. So far I have also had very good customer service. What do you dislike about Zego?
