It helps to convert a bad-quality PDF file to text for free. some other websites can also do this and claim for free, but in the end, it is not free, this site is free as it said. If it asks for a small donation, I would be happy to do so.

Best converter PDF to DWG I have used.
Best converter I have used. Most other converters result in double line due to thicker lines on the original pdf - Zamzar converts all to single lines which is more accurate and useful for me.
