A perfect product and wonderful service

I've used their services for years and because my use is 'necessary but infrequent', I've been benefitting from their generosity all these years! Never a paid account and yet I have been receiving this wonderful service year in and year out. Any combination of conversion I've tried has always worked perfectly and their help desk is stellar. An example of an amazing and ethical company.

Using Zamzar for a long time...

I have used Zamzar since 2009, mostly the free version. There were only a few options for converting files back then but they have continually built the system to make it what it is today, much more comprehensive. A couple of years I decided to pay (as I had lots to convert) giving me added benefit of uploading larger files, storage etc. I also felt I owed it to them :-) We are in the days of call centres where staff have a script they must follow without any consideration for customer. ...

I was in a bit of a pickle having a very long Pages document that I needed to convert to Word. It was too long for the standard converter to deal with but the support staff were incredibly helpful in getting an old man's diary into Word. It wasn't an easy conversion but Zamzar went out of their way to achieve it. My faith in private enterprise is completely restored!

I had an issue with the application of thier software. It turned out that I had a unique situation and the applicaion did not apply to my needs. I reached out to Zamzar support and was helped immediatly, and refunded the money I had paid. They were very helpful and responsive. I can and do highly recommend them to anyone.
