What do you like best? I like that Exterro allows you to customize your legal hold process into one that works best for your company. Our company had quite a few requirements and Exterro matched all of them without any issues. What do you dislike? There could be a few more customizable options when it comes to putting people on a hold, yet not requiring them to receive a legal hold notice. What do you like best? The top level review of ECAs was very helpful as we do not do many in our company. What do you dislike? The ingest session was too fast for someone who has never used the same. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have eased the burden on some custodians and improved the process for custodians to respond to legal holds.

User friendly

What do you like best? I can customize the legal holds as best fits our needs. We can separate the email from notice page or have it all in one page. What do you dislike? I do not have any dissatisfaction with the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best benefit is being able to customize.

Exterro fun!

What do you like best? I love Matters. It help secure the group and it places all your custodians, ESI etc together. I just wish it tied together the productions too. What do you dislike? Painful until we moved to the cloud.

What do you like best? Exterro makes it easy to monitor legal holds and do reviews of ESI. It is very intuitive to use in that regard. What do you dislike? Our pain came from our infrastructure when we were on prem. We had many problems with collecting and producing ESI. However, once we moved to the cloud, that became much easier. I like that the system tracks responses thereby eliminating the need to do so as a manual process. What do you dislike? I do wish the system was more compatible with Word.
