What do you like best? I can customize the legal holds as best fits our needs. We can separate the email from notice page or have it all in one page. What do you dislike? I do not have any dissatisfaction with the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best benefit is being able to customize.

Exterro is awesome!
What do you like best? The Exterro platform is user friendly and robust. What do you dislike? There is not anything I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: The best e-discovery platform on the market. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of all the custodians. Issuing legal holds, locking down email and OneDrive documents. Cost savings.

Exterro fun!
What do you like best? I love Matters. It help secure the group and it places all your custodians, ESI etc together. I just wish it tied together the productions too. What do you dislike? I feel like it could flow together a little better..more bread crumbs from the screen you just left from. Also connecting the production to your Matter area.
