What do you like best? The value offered by Exterro is unmatched in the industry. Exterro is very open to new ideas and takes feedback to build features into the product road map. What do you like best? I like that it is able to integrate with Legal Tracker. This allows us to keep all our matters linked, so we can keep everything in sync with each other. I also like how easy it is to use and create a legal hold. The template feature is great and makes creating legal holds so much easier and faster. Informative, interactive, and intriguing.

What do you like best? I enjoyed the ability to actively participate in the demo. I learn best by working through things, so this was definitely suited to my learning style. We were able to have our own test accounts and the ability to actually work through the platform. We were also extended the invitation to utilaize the ECM under our demo accounts for more practice with the tool. What do you like best? The Exterro platform is user friendly and robust. What do you dislike? There is not anything I dislike about it. What do you like best? Easy use platform that coordinates all facets of tools available. Has incorporated privacy component for non-US custodians. Speedy response from tech support when assistance required. What do you dislike? Could use more global applications, but happy with what we have.
