YouPic is Unreasonable and Petty

I had an account with YouPic for about 10 years. I am retired now and was billed about a week ago (Jan. '24) for a coming year, at $119.00. I did not know or remember my renewal date, but when I found my bank account debited for this amount, I emailed and messaged YouPic to please terminate my account and refund the amount I was billed for a year I will not be using. Their response was "no way" since I did not cancel before the renewal date. I consider this to be pretty petty on their part. ...
